Hope a developer reads this

1/18: UPDATE: Changing to 5 stars as my questions were finally answered and one of my families fav apps is now back in service. 5 stars for the app and it seems that there is some changes with customer service so... Hope it only gets better from here!!

My children and I enjoy this app... We used to that is till I had to restore my phone. Now we have lost the "directors pass" that Ive already purchased. There is no obvious way to reload content and the 4 emails Ive sent over the course of 4 months have yet to be replied to. Even with a generic reply. Nothing. Not a word. So.... I guess Id say. Fun app...as long as you never have to restore your phone...and customer support is non existent!!!!
